The story
A galley kitchen, open to the neighbourhood.
Behind the counter is everything we’ve learned feeding crews offshore: fresh preparation, careful food handling, and a kitchen run with the discipline of a galley.
In front of it is something simpler. A cool, comfortable room open from seven in the morning, where you can take your time over a cup of Hai Peng and a plate of roti — or let us cater your next event.
